From the early century, the brand founder Roger Jen started to miss his hometown Taiwan since he moved to the UK. The tasty food and those traditional culture always came to his dreams, until he began thinking if there are any chances that can bring his island’s best food to this huge land, connecting different people by offering the most delicious Taiwanese chicken in the traditional night market.
By October 2018, Ji Chickens has developed a headquarter located at Chinatown, the heart of London with a central factory, 22 existing branches, more than 10 stable business partners and thousands of loyal customers.
Although the expansion is superb, Mr Roger still emphasizes the quality of his food. He believes delicious food is one of the best communication in the world, bringing people from different cultures or countries. In his eyes, his fried chicken has a more significant mission rather than just a piece of food.

Our Menu
By adopting the most traditional techniques of frying, Ji Chickens is able to deliver the most delicious and fresh chicken breast with a superb gold crisp outside and juicy, licking inside. Unlike the normal cooking of chicken breast, Ji Chickens lays up the luxuriant flavours with the secret spices and precise control of marinades.
The other splendid revolution lies in the creative seasoning. Ji Chickens fully recognize that individuals could always have various preferences. It would be pitiful to constraint the flavours, even though it tastes superb. Therefore, the team finally presents a buffet bar of up to 12 flavours powders after hundreds of testing and researching.
